Building Pre-Plan Info and photos required:

• List of sides of the property (A, B, C, D), beginning with “A” where the front entrance is located.
• Photos of all sides of property, labeled (A, B, C, D)
• Hydrant location
• FDC/PIC if have one
• All exits on the outside of building
• Gas Shutoff
• Water meter shutoff
• Electric shutoff
• Building layout if possible
• Photo of when you first walk in the property and include the type of material on the ceiling
• Breaker box location
• Attic access
• Any other hazards to be noted by photo and location to make access
